The order contract:

Some items we sell are intended to increase vehicle performance for the exclusive purpose of competition use. As a result, the articles modify the character of the vehicle in relation to its approval and make it unsuitable for road use.
The photos are not contractual and in no way commit our company.
Offers are only valid while stocks last.
When a customer has registered his order, it means that he accepts all the general conditions without any reservations as regards the price, product, etc.
All contractual data is recorded on the servers of Jeepshop.be and can be consulted by the customer after logging in with his access codes.

Price :
All the prices in force are those which will be concluded at the time of placing the order. If our website can localise you th VAT of your country will be applied, if this is not the case this will be done during the order process or when we prepare the order for shipment. If the VAT was not applied we will contact you about this.
The price of transport is in addition to that of the product, it is notified when you order online or confirmed by email if it is a more specific shipment. The purchaser will choose the one that best suits the proposed list.

Payment :
When you validate your order, you will be able to choose several online payment methods and all are completely secure and encrypted by Paypal. No data passing through our site.
We also offer the possibility of paying by bank transfer. As stated on our site, products will only be shipped after payment has been received on our account.
Unless otherwise specified by us, all items purchased are payable in full before dispatch.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend an order or delivery in the event of late payment and without notice.

Delivery :
Parcels are stored in our Belgian warehouse and are dispatched every day within Europe depending on the carrier you selected when finalizing your purchase.
Either in express 48H00 throughout Europe, or in 3 to 5 working days by the Belgian post office which then redistributes on the French Colissimo service, or in delivery in point Kiala or Mondial Relay.
All packages that leave our warehouse are checked and in good condition.
It is up to the customer, upon receipt of his package, to issue reservations if it is not compliant or has been damaged. For this he must send a complaint by registered mail to the carrier within 7 days of receipt.
Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for any delays or destruction of the equipment during transport.

Return of goods:
All items you have purchased from our site can be returned to us within 14 days, either for an exchange or a refund.
Returns are made at the customer's expense and in the case of a refund, it will only be made after verification of the equipment by our service.
The item must be new, in its original packaging.
Upon return and verification of the latter, the refund is made within 10 working days.
If, however, the error was due to our shipping service, then we will bear all costs of returning and reshipping the product ordered.

Warranty:

Some items are subject to a manufacturer's warranty which may vary from one to another.
In the event of a warranty, the buyer must always contact Jeepshop.be either by email or by telephone to set the terms thereof.
As soon as the product is returned and Jeepshop.be has checked its malfunction. It will either be repaired by our service or sent back to the manufacturer.
The return time may vary depending on the manufacturer's time, we can in no way be held responsible for delays caused by the latter.

Responsibility :
We have, whether in the process of ordering, delivery or other than an obligation of means. Our responsibility could not be engaged following the problems encountered on the Internet network, rupture of service, presence of virus.
Orders will be shipped by the carrier that you have chosen or that will be offered to you and we cannot be held responsible for the delay of these.
The risk of transport is the responsibility of the customer.
The transfer of ownership can only take place after full payment of outstanding amounts.

Right to retract :

The buyer has a period of fourteen.14 calendar days to cancel or to return his order to us, at his expense, the Product(s) he has ordered, without penalty and without indication of pattern.

This period runs from the day after the day of delivery of the order. The products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to the following address: JEEPSHOP.BE Rue des Bleuets 14 - 5300 Andenne - Belgium. Proof of reshipment by post or relay must imperatively be validated.
If the aforementioned conditions are met, jeepshop.be will reimburse the buyer, within ten, 10 days from the date of receipt in our warehouse of the package, the sums paid by him, with the exception, however, of the costs freight for shipping and freight charges for returning the products.
Data protection :
The customer's data and order information are saved on the jeepshop.be server(s). They are always available to the customer who logs into his account with his authentication data.

Applicable law and jurisdiction:

All conditions are subject to Belgian law and in the event of a dispute, Belgian law applies and only the courts of Namur in Belgium have jurisdiction.
